unalexunalex is a multilingual legal information system on European and international uniform law, with a focus on European private international law and civil procedure. The unalex Case Collection contains selected jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the courts of the EU member states and other Contracting States in areas of law covered by unalex. The cases can be accessed through the search engine, the Compendium of headnotes organized by articles and the Commentary section. unalex provides the relevant historical and current legislative texts, as well as selected studies and reports. Also included is European Legal Forum, a journal covering European and private international law. (The Law Library also receives ELF in print.)
