  • Bilingual Laws Information System (BLIS)
    Official legal online service of the Department of Justice of the HKSAR. Contains Hong Kong statutory laws, selected constitutional documents, selected cases from the Court of Final Appeal are reported at this site, current ordinances, bilateral agreements and multilateral treaties. This database is updated on an average of two weeks after the publication of the Gazette.

    Contains machine-produced English translations of the legislation of Hong Kong. Warning: Machine-based translations should not be relied upon in important documents and writings.

    A joint project of the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law and AustLII. Contains court and tribunal judgments, current ordinances, Hong Kong Treaty Index, decisions of the Supreme Court and High Court, etc.
