Legal encyclopedias generally provide broad overview of legal topics. Both American Jurisprudence (AmJur)and Corpus Juris Secundum (CJS) inform on SSI, Medicaid, and SNAP. Topics in AmJur relating to SSI, Medicaid, and  SNAP include: “Social Security and Medicare” and “Welfare Laws.” A relevant topic in CJS is: “Social Security and Public Welfare" and "Agriculture."
