Federal Statutes, Govt. Benefits

Numerous federal statutes have been passed on SSI, Medicaid, and SNAP, and were codified in the U.S. Code. Relevant U.S. Code citations include 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq. (SSI); 42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq. (Medicaid) and 7 U.S.C. § 2011 et seq. (SNAP).
