The Annotated Constitution is created by the Congressional Research Service and issued as a Senate document. It is ssued every ten years with supplements every two years. The annotations provide an overview of Supreme Court decisions interpreting the United States Constitution. This online version can be browsed or searched.

The govinfo version covers the main editions and supplements from 1992 forward.

This version also provides links to the Supreme Court opinions, U.S. Code, and Code of Federal Regulations cited in the annotations.

Vols. 1-64, 1st-81st Cong., 1789-1950. Statutes at Large publishes the federal "session laws" arranged in chronological order as they were enacted by Congress. Stat. publishes public and private laws and presidential proclamations. The LOC collection has searchable PDFs of the print volumes.

A new complete edition of the print USC is issued every six years, with supplements in the intervening years. A keyword search like this

PDFs and texts. Of the three free versions of the U.S.C., this is the most quickly updated and has the best searchability. Tables include Popular Names, a table for finding U.S.C. starting with a Statutes at Large citation and a table for locating the U.S.C. location of newly enacted laws. Good site for the source and amendment notes and also has helpful information about currency and updating of the U.S.C., positive law, etc.

This website collects presidential signing statements, since 2001.

A corpus of Statute Compilations of public laws that either do not appear in the U.S. Code or that have been classified to a title of the U.S. Code that has not been enacted into positive law. Each Statute Compilation incorporates the amendments made to the underlying statute since it was originally enacted. May be useful as a research tool, but not official evidence of the law (cite Stat. or U.S.C. instead).

PDFs of opinions from selected United States appellate, district, bankruptcy, and other courts, April 2004-, with links to related opinions from an opinion's More Information page. Opinions are authenticated with digital signatures. The eagle logo indicates that the document has not been altered.
