New York Administrative Decisions

In New York State, recipients and applicants of benefits (including Medicaid and SNAP) can appeal many agency actions relating to those benefits to the Office of Administrative Hearings, New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), by requesting a “fair hearing.”
