The examples in Bluebook, 20th ed., Rule 21.11(d) (which incorporates by reference Rule 21.4.5) and the suggested official citations below do not include any U.S. treaty sources because the U.S. did not ratify the Uruguay Round agreements as treaties, but instead implemented them through legislation and administrative action.

Part 5 of Vol. 61, Statutes at Large (HeinOnline calls it Supplement A). Per page iv, Part 5 contains the Final Act in English and French, the English authentic texts, and the revised translations by the Dept. of State of the parts of the agreement for which only the French texts are authentic; and Part 6 of vol. 61 contains the French authentic text and the Protocol of Provisional Application in English and French. The GATT 1947 was also published as T.I.A.S. 1700.
