HeinOnline's World Constitutions Illustrated includes English translations of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania (1998) including all amendments, historical constitutional documents, as well as scholarship and important texts related to the constitutional law in Albania.

Qendra e Botimeve Zyrtare database contains Albanian legislation and codes as well as the Official Gazette (Fletorje Zyrtare). The legislative database includes a point-in-time tools. Note while the interface is available in English and Albanian - legislation and codes are only available in Albanian.

EURALIUS is a EU funded project to bring the Albanian justice system closer to European standards. EURALIUS' legislation database contains unofficial English translations of several key Albanian codes and legislation.
